The characteristics of the planetary mixer
The planetary mixer is a new type of high efficient mixed mixing equipment without dead point. It has a unique mixing form. When the planet frame rotates, the two stirring axes in the driving box revolve around the barrel, and the mixing shaft runs at a high speed, so that the material is subjected to a strong shearing effect and the effect of full dispersion and mixing is achieved. The use of mixer
1. Before use, an empty test machine shall be used. Before the test machine, the firmness of all the connecting parts of the machine table shall be checked first, especially if the bearing part is loose during transportation, the main switch is closed, and the power supply is conducted. Air running test machine.
2. Empty test machine test. The mixer was put into production only when abnormal sounds, high temperature of bearing gears, and other undesirable phenomena were not found.
3. If abnormal vibrations or strange sounds are detected during use, stop the mixer and perform a thorough inspection.
4. The load should not be too large. It is generally measured by the load of the motor. The load current of the 380V motor when stirring the material should not exceed 6 amps. If it exceeds the load, the stirring capacity should be reduced immediately.
5. The management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control structure, and use principle of the mixer. Do not leave the workplace during operation to prevent malfunctions and damage to mechanical parts, so as to ensure safe production.
